About the role…
We’re looking for motivated and safety-focused Ground Handlers / Airline Service Operators to join our team on a full-time basis in a fast-paced airside environment.

You’ll play an important role in supporting aircraft operations and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

This role operates on a rotating roster, with AM shifts commencing from approximately 5:30am and PM shifts commencing from around 2:00pm, including weekends and public holidays. Shift times may be subject to change based on operational requirements.

What your day will look like:

• Operating ground support equipment (GSE) such as tugs and loaders
• Driving airside vehicles including tugs and vans
• Working closely with operational staff to meet service schedules and KPIs
• Following all WHS, aviation and airport safety procedures
• Completing operational paperwork, checklists and activity reports
• Communicating professionally with internal teams, customers and airport authorities
• Reporting hazards, incidents and safety concerns as required

About you…
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Current valid driver’s licence
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
• Ability to obtain an Airside Driving Authority (ADA); previous/current ADA highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Availability to work a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays
• Previous aviation or ground handling experience highly regarded but not essential
